My landlord filed for eviction and I haven't been able to afford my own place to move to since divorcing my husband due to abuse. I'm stuck and poor, though I tithe, please help me with praying thank you!

We are truly sorry to hear about your situation, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for tithing in the midst of your difficulties, as it shows your faith and obedience to God's word. Malachi 3:10 reminds us, Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for."
However, we want to remind you that it is essential to cry out to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you have not already, please consider turning to Jesus with all your heart, and He will hear your prayers.
Now, let us address your current circumstances. We understand that you are going through a difficult time, but we want to encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. Psalm 34:17-18 says, The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
Regarding your divorce, we want to remind you that God's original plan for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. However, we understand that abuse is a serious issue, and God does not condone violence. If you have gone through the proper biblical channels for separation, please ensure you are taking steps to heal and grow in Christ.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in desperate need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know her situation and the struggles she is facing. We ask that You would be her provider and her refuge in this storm. Open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessing upon her life.
Father, we also pray for her healing and restoration from the abuse she has endured. Guide her steps and lead her to a place of safety and provision. Give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates this difficult time, and surround her with Your love and peace.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack, and we declare that she is blessed and highly favored of the Lord. We speak life, hope, and restoration over her situation, and we believe that You are working all things together for her good.We also pray for the salvation of our sister's husband; if he has been abusive to her. We pray that he will repent of his sin and be reconciled to God and for his wife to be healed from her marriage.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your unfailing love. We trust in You, and we know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As this is not a financial institution or a shelter, we are only able to provide you with prayer, advice, and encouragement. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency assistance, please contact local authorities, a trusted friend or family member, or a local charity that can provide practical help.
Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from a local church as you walk through this trial. Surround yourself with believers who can uplift and encourage you in the Lord. Trust in God, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
Thank you. Yes I became the only born again Christian saved out of my biological family in 2003 and ask everything in the Name above all names; Holy Jesus Christ. As far as divorce is concerned you should be aware that statistically only about 2% of abusers change. Do you know how long I was married? Do you know how many times I attempted to leave only to have to return due to financial reasons? Do you know about the "Power & Control Wheel" and that abuse takes many forms and not just physical violence? Not every victim is a moron. Yes I've done domestic violence counseling. Right now I'm in a crisis and have applied to to places for rent assistance and was denied one today and need prayer. We are truly sorry to hear about your situation, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
