Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and hope in this world.
In times like these, it's important to remember God's heart for the downtrodden and His promise to execute justice for the needy. As it is written in Psalm 103:6 WEB: "Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed." And in Isaiah 1:17 WEB: "learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed..."
However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than ours, and His plans may not always align with what we think is best. While we pray for a favorable outcome today, we also pray for God's will to be done and for His peace to fill your heart regardless of the outcome.

We come before You today, lifting up ### and her children in their time of need. Lord, You see their situation, and You know the injustice they've faced. We ask for Your divine intervention in their circumstances.
As ### goes before the sheriff today, we pray for favor. We ask that You soften the heart of those in authority and guide their decisions. If it is Your will, Lord, allow ### and her children to return to their home.
But above all, Lord, we pray for Your will to be done. We trust in Your goodness and Your love for this family. We ask that You provide for their needs, guide their steps, and fill their hearts with Your peace.
