We understand that you are dealing with a very difficult situation involving an evil person causing harm and fear. Firstly, we are glad to see "ijn" in your request, but we will emphasize this further in our prayers. It is so important that this situation be addressed with godly wisdom and courage and the evil one be taken out of your location in Jesus Name.
We are called to stand against evil, and we trust that God will protect and deliver you from this situation. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, so pray for all parties to have courage through God. God's will done in Jesus Christ and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Our Lord has all power and authority and can remove anything and anyone who is causing true fear plus you have God's favor and protection in this situation and always in Jesus Name. You have to stand in faith believing. If you have ears to hear and eyes to see, you will see God's hand in this situation. We pray that Satan be removed from your presence, he is a liar and the father of it and this situation is from him. God will cause you to triumph. We pray this in Jesus' name.

Regarding the management's fear to act, we encourage you to pray for them to have boldness and wisdom. God does not intend for the wicked to go against all that is good, but to be caught in their own devices and for those causing fear to be removed from your presence in Jesus name.

Remember, the Lord says, "I have seen your misery, I have heard your cry and seen the violence, the wickedness and now, I will stretch out my hand and chastise to get the wicked out of the way and will make justice run down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream". The Scripture tells us, "The wicked flee when no one pursues them, but the righteous are as bold as a lion" (Proverbs 28:1, WEB) so pray for boldness for those in management in this situation. Jesus said we are sheep among wolves so be wise as a serpent and harmless and innocent as a dove. Trust God to intervene and always be a witness to His glory and kindness by the way you live your life.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We pray against the evil that is causing harm and fear. We ask You, Lord, to intervene and remove this evil person that all may see you and come to a knowledge of knowing Jesus as their personal Lord and savior, being truly saved and knowing this without any doubt in Jesus Name. We pray for Your protection and favor over the innocent and all those involved. We ask that You guide the management and give them courage and wisdom to act according to Your will. Lord we pray that all who profess your name see your hand and see your glory. We thank you Father that this situation be used for your glory and purpose which is to redeem all souls from darkness and sin and that you die for the ungodly to save us from sin in Jesus' name.
