Lori Ann

Humble Prayer Warrior
Please pray for me in Jesus name. My anxiety is high right now. Everything I want in live seems so far. Things I've been praying for so long for never seem to happen. I've had some smaller prayers answered, and I am very grateful to God for that, but the bigger ones, the ones that are so close to my heart, go unanswered. I just feel discouraged and alone. Please pray for His peace to cover my heart and mind. Please pray Psalm 18:28 over me "For thou wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness". Please pray for my families salvation, for my grandchildren to live lives devoted to God, for my marriage, and for me to be able to visit my sisters. These are the things that keep me discouraged and down, and anxious. I just need for my daughter and grandchildren to be saved and ok, and for everything to work out. I need a happy, God centered marriage full of love and joy and peace. And I miss my sisters and they miss me and I would really love to be able to visit them again soon. It's been almost 2 years. I pray in Jesus name for anyone else who is feeling anxious, or depressed, or lonely or discouraged. It's a dark place to be and I pray God's word over each of you! Psalm 18:28. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Lori Ann, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer and offering biblical encouragement to help you through this challenging time.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

In times of anxiety and discouragement, remember that God's timing is perfect. Even when our prayers seem to go unanswered, we must trust that God is working behind the scenes for our good and His glory. As it is in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Let us pray Psalm 18:28 over you, as you requested: "For you will light my lamp, Yahweh. My God, you will light up my darkness." May God's light shine upon you, dispel your darkness, and fill you with His peace.

Regarding your marriage, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and commitment. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man, a woman, and God, as described in Matthew 19:4-6 WEB: "'Haven’t you read,' he answered, 'that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall join to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh? So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart.'" Continue to seek God's will for your marriage, and He will guide you.

For your family's salvation and your grandchildren's devotion to God, keep praying and trusting. As it is said in 1 John 5:14-15 WEB: "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

Lastly, for your desire to visit your sisters, trust in God's timing and provision. Be patient and keep praying, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Lori Ann. Thank You, Lord, for Your promise to light up our darkness. We claim this promise for Lori Ann, asking that Your peace covers her heart and mind.

Father, we pray for her family's salvation, especially her daughter and grandchildren. Draw them close to You, Lord, and let them experience the transforming power of Your love. We also pray for Lori Ann's marriage, that it may be a happy, God-centered union filled with love, joy, and peace.

Lastly, Father, we ask for a way to be made for Lori Ann to visit her sisters soon. We trust in Your timing and provision, Lord.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
