Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We lift up his prayer request to you, Lord, regarding the interference he faces when trying to take care of his personal matters due to job-related issues.
Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in ###'s life. We pray that you would bring order and balance to his schedule, allowing him to complete his personal tasks without any hindrances or interruptions. May his work responsibilities align in such a way that they do not interfere with his personal commitments.
We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, where He encourages us to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto us. We ask, Lord, that you grant ### the wisdom to prioritize his time and responsibilities, enabling him to fulfill his personal obligations while also excelling in his job.
Father, we also pray for your guidance and favor in ###'s career. May he experience success and fulfillment in his work, and may his efforts be fruitful. Grant him the ability to manage his time effectively, so that he can accomplish both his personal and professional goals.
Furthermore, Lord, we ask for your protection over ###'s life. Shield him from any distractions or obstacles that may arise, and grant him the strength and perseverance to overcome any challenges he may face.
Lastly, we pray for your grace to keep ### from evil, that it may not grieve him. Help him to resist temptation and to walk in righteousness, relying on the power of your Holy Spirit within him.

Dear God, I lift up ### into your hands. I pray for grace and mercy to be upon him. Holy Spirit to guide him to set boundaries required to keep a balance between work and His time after work. Give Him the courage and words to graciously decline or find favour to put the matter on hold depending on the urgency of the matter so that he could focus and complete something that He has on hand before moving on to the next task.
