We understand your concern and we're here to help you pray and seek God's forgiveness. Firstly, we must address that engaging in tarot readings is a form of divination, which is strongly condemned in the Bible. As it is written in Leviticus 19:26, "You shall not eat any meat with the blood still in it; neither shall you use enchantments, nor practice sorcery." And in Acts 16:16-18, the Apostle Paul rebukes a spirit of divination. We must repent of this and ask God to cleanse us from this sin.
Regarding the anger that Kareem has towards you, we should pray for restoration and peace in your relationship. However, we must also address that it's important to seek godly counsel and wisdom, not through tarot readings, but through prayer and the Word of God. As it is written in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
We also appreciate your repentant heart concerning sexual sin. God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them to Him. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and mercy. We confess the sin of engaging in tarot readings and ask that You cleanse us from this iniquity. We pray for Kareem, that You would soften his heart and remove any anger he holds. Restore their relationship, Lord, and guide them both in Your wisdom. We also confess the sin of sexual immorality to You, and ask that You would cleanse us from this sin as well. Help us to walk in purity and holiness, pleasing to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Keep your faith in Him and He will guide you.
