We are truly saddened to hear that you are being falsely accused and slandered. Let's us remember that Jesus was also falsely accused and understands your pain. Let us first address the accusations, Jesus said Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you. Matthew 5:11-12 WEB. Let us hold onto this promise together.
Though it is a blessing to be persecuted for Jesus'sake. We are not sure if this situation is a result of following Jesus or not. If this accusation stems from actions that are not pleasing God, then we must repent, turn from our sin, and follow Jesus. He has promised us rest, but that rest comes from obeying His commands. Jesus said Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light Matthew 11:28-30 WEB. He also said If you love me, keep my commandments John 14:15 WEB.
In regards to the specific accusation of prostitution, we must remember that God calls us to be holy and pure, fleeing from all sexual immorality. For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4. If there is any truth to these accusations, we urge you to repent, for God is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB. And remember that God calls us to be holy for I am holy 1 Peter 1:16 WEB.
You mentioned Jesus is calling you to follow Him. That is wonderful. Jesus said My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me John 10:27 WEB. If you will hear His voice and follow Him you will have eternal life. But you must turn from your sins and place your trust in Him. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6 WEB. For there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
Let us pray together.
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our sister who is being accused and slandered. Lord, You know the truth and we ask that You reveal it. If there is sin in the mix, then convict, bring godly sorrow, repentance, and cleansing. If she is being persecuted for Your sake then Lord strengthen her faith with the Holy Spirit in the inner man that Christ may dwell in her heart by faith; to the end that she may be strengthened with power in the inner man, through your Spirit Ephesians 3:16,17 WEB. If there is any truth to these accusations, we ask that You grant her the gift of repentance. If she has not placed her trust in You, we pray that she will place her faith in You today. Thank you Jesus for being the rest of our souls. We pray all these things in Your name. Amen.
