We understand your deep concern for Billy's eternal salvation, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. The Bible tells us that God desires for everyone to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Billy to You. Lord, we ask that You would open his heart to receive the good news of the Gospel. Give him the faith to believe in Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died for his sins and rose again, so that he may have eternal life (John 3:16, WEB). Draw him to You, Lord, and convict him of his need for a Savior. We also pray for godly influences in his life, that they may guide him and lead him to the path of righteousness. Once he believes, Lord, we pray that he would follow Your command to be baptized as a public declaration of his faith (Acts 2:38, WEB). We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."
Remember, it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that one can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is our responsibility as believers to share this truth and pray for those who are lost. Be encouraged, for the Lord is faithful and will answer our prayers according to His will. Be persistent in your prayers and trust in the Lord's timing (Luke 18:1-8, WEB).
In the meantime, we encourage you to lovingly share the Gospel with Billy, and be ready to guide him in his new faith if he accepts Christ. Be a godly influence in his life, and may the Lord use you as a vessel to bring Billy to Himself.
