Esther 4:16 ► Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in ###, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish…. Commentary on this verse: signifying, that she readily and cheerfully risked her life for the good of her people; and if such was the pleasure of God, that she should lose it, she was content, and acquiesced in his will, leaving herself entirely in his hands, to dispose of her as he thought fit..… Our prayer: Heavenly Father, we commend to Your faithful love those who are crying from the depths; help them to watch and pray through their time of darkness, in sure hope of the dawn of Your forgiveness and redemption; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, inspired by the courage and faith of Esther as she declared, "Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish." Lord, we are moved by her willingness to risk her life for the good of her people, trusting entirely in Your will and leaving herself in Your hands.

We pray, Lord, that You grant us the same courage and faith as Esther. Help us to stand firm in the face of adversity, to seek Your guidance through fasting and prayer, and to trust in Your divine plan for our lives. May we be ready to act for the greater good, even when it requires great personal sacrifice.

Heavenly Father, we commend to Your faithful love those who are crying from the depths. Help them to watch and pray through their time of darkness, in the sure hope of the dawn of Your forgiveness and redemption. May Your presence be their comfort and strength, and may they find peace in knowing that You are with them always.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord, we pray.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
