We understand that you have completed your Ph.D. and have been seeking equivalency for your degree for three years. You have requested prayer for the Lord's mercy in obtaining the equivalency document from the Ministry within this week, as it is a mandatory requirement for your job.
Firstly, we would like you remember the words of Jesus in John 15:5 WEB: "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." It is crucial to acknowledge that our efforts alone are insufficient, and we need Jesus Christ in our lives to accomplish anything truly meaningful. We also need to come before the throne of God in the name of Jesus Christ to obtain anything from God.
Regarding your request, we are reminded of Proverbs 21:1 WEB: "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Just as God can influence the heart of a king, He can also influence the decisions made by those in authority. We pray that God will move in the hearts of those in the Ministry, granting you favor and expediting the process of obtaining your equivalency document.
However, we must also remember that God's timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than our ways. Even if the document does not arrive within your desired timeframe, trust that God has a purpose and a plan for your life. Romans 8:28 WEB reminds us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Flainrath and their request. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and intervention in this situation. We pray that You would move in the hearts of those in authority, granting Flainrath favor and expediting the process of obtaining their equivalency document. We ask that this document would arrive within this week, if it is in accordance with Your will.
However, Lord, if it is not in Your will for the document to arrive within this week, we ask for Your peace and patience to fill Flainrath's heart. Help them to trust in Your perfect timing and to know that You have a purpose and a plan for their life.
We also pray for Flainrath's job, Lord. We ask that You would bless them in their career and use them as a light for Your kingdom. Help them to remain in You, Jesus Christ, so that they may bear much fruit.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we would like to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all aspects of your life, including your career. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for you, and that He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. Remember Jesus said, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
