We are deeply touched by your concern for your little brother and the challenges your family is facing due to his absence epilepsy. We stand with you in prayer and belief that God can bring healing and comfort to your family.
Let us first address the concern about your brother's health. In Matthew 19:14, Jesus says, "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'" We believe that God has a special love for children, and we trust that He is mindful of your brother's condition.
We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon Rhyliloura's brother. You know his condition and the pain it causes the family. We ask for Your will to be done in his life, whether it be healing or strength to endure. We pray for wisdom for the family and the doctors, that they may make the best decisions for his care. We trust in Your power to heal and Your love that casts out all fear. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Regarding the financial burden of medical care, we want to encourage you with Philippians 4:6, which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." And in Matthew 6:26, Jesus teaches us to trust in God's provision, "See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"
We pray, "Lord, we lift up to You the financial concerns of Rhyliloura's family. We ask that You provide for them in this time of need, that they may not be overwhelmed by the cost of medical care. Give them peace, knowing that You are their provider and that they can trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. John 14:13-14 says, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray with authority.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, praying fervently, and believing that He can bring healing and provision to your family. May God's peace be with you all during this challenging time.
