We understand your pain and frustration, dear one. In times like these, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Firstly, we must address that the hurt you've experienced is valid, but we must also remember that forgiveness is a powerful tool that sets us free. Ephesians 4:31-32 tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."
While it's important to set boundaries and protect your peace, it's also crucial to avoid cursing or wishing harm on others. Instead, pray for them. Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."
We also notice that you mentioned the blood of Jesus, which is powerful indeed. It's through Jesus' sacrifice that we have redemption and forgiveness of sins. If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, if you haven't already. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear sister/brother. They have been hurt and are healing. We ask that You comfort them, Lord, and give them Your peace. Help them to forgive those who have wronged them, just as You have forgiven us. Remove any bitterness and replace it with Your love. Surround them with Godly friends and family who will support and uplift them. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Stay strong in the Lord, dear one. Trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes on Jesus and let Him guide your path.
