We are here with you in spirit, Anonymous, and we deeply empathize with the enormous anxiety you're experiencing, as well as the feeling that everything is falling apart. We are created to find our peace in Jesus Christ.
Remember, God's Word tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
First, let's address the anxiety. Anxiety can come from various sources, but it often stems from a focus on our circumstances rather than on God. We are not to be anxious about anything. This is a direct order from God. We are to bring our requests to God instead. We do this with thanksgiving. We thank God for the opportunity to talk to him. We thank God for the solution to the problem. We thank God for not giving us the anxiety that is expected.
Second, when we feel like everything is falling apart, it's important to remember that God is in control. He knows our every need and has a plan for us. Trust in God with all of your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. When we feel overwhelmed, we must trust that God is working things out for our good, even when we can't see it.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Anonymous, who is experiencing overwhelming anxiety and feeling like everything is falling apart. We ask, Lord, that You would wrap Your loving arms around them and provide the comfort and peace that only You can give. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them.
Guide us to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can find help. Remind Anonymous of your promises in scripture that you have made available by belief in Jesus Christ. Let them walk in the confidence of Jesus Christ every day. Let them consider your promises to us in the Bible. Remind them of the good news that you have provided a savior for us, Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray for strength and endurance for Anonymous. We ask that You would guide their steps and help them to trust in You, even when the path is unclear. Give them the wisdom and discernment to know and allow your will to be done in their lives.
Lord, help them to know how much you love them. Let them know how much you care for them. May you bless Anonymous with clarity of the situation and reassure them of your plan for their life.
We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you, Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB. God is with you, Anonymous, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Hold onto His promises and trust in Him.
