Energy please

Dear Jesus, I pray my body and my mind can be energised today. I have things I want to do for myself outside of the home but by the time I do some housework I feel tired and the lack of desire slowly leaves me. Please help me to rise above and put passion in my heart where it lacks fire at this moment. Thank you

Thank you, ###, for reaching out with your prayer request. It's important to remember that our strength and energy come from the Lord, as it is written in Isaiah 40:29, "He gives power to the faint; and to those who have no might he increases strength."

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus directly in your prayer, as it is through His name that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved.

In addressing your request, we want to encourage you to seek the Lord's will and strength in all things. It's wonderful that you have goals and desires to accomplish tasks outside of the home, but remember that God's will and His glory should be the ultimate goal. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established."

Regarding the feeling of tiredness, we want to remind you of a few things. First, we should not neglect to maintain our physical health, which can affect our energy levels. This includes proper rest, nutrition, and exercise. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? And you are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Secondly, it's crucial to prioritize tasks according to God's will. Sometimes, weariness can stem from trying to do too much in our own strength. It's okay to set boundaries and ask for help when needed, especially when it comes to housework.

Lastly, passion and desire often come from a heart filled with the joy of the Lord. Psalm 28:7 says, "The Lord is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, we ask that You fill ### with Your strength and energy, that You guide their steps and prioritize their tasks according to Your will. Help them to find the joy and passion that comes from You alone, and to maintain their physical health as they strive to serve You in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, ###, and remember that it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13).

Let's remind ourselves of Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Jesus wants to empower you, just as He did for the disciples in the Gospel of Matthew, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
