We understand that you are facing difficulties with enemies in your workplace. First, let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places according to Ephesians 6:12 (WEB).
Jesus teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This does not mean that we should not seek justice or protect ourselves, but our first response should be love and prayer.
Let's pray for your situation:
Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing opposition in the workplace. We pray that You would change the hearts of those who are acting maliciously, that they may see the error of their ways and turn away from their harmful behavior. We ask that you will give the requester a love and respect for their colleagues that is only possible by You. The love and respect that would make them a light in the darkness of their workplace. We pray for Your wisdom and discernment, so that the requester may know how to navigate this situation with grace and integrity. We pray that they shall continue to work diligently, as working for You, and not for men. We ask that You would expose any wrongdoing and bring justice to the situation. We rebuke the spirit of hatred, disrespect, and theft in Jesus' name. We pray that our brother/sister may find peace and joy in their work, and that their enemies may be turned into friends who love and respect them. Remind them that the greatest victory is to love and forgive as You have loved and forgiven us. We pray for their salvation if they do not know Jesus.
We encourage you to continue to act with integrity and kindness in your workplace, knowing that ultimately, your reward comes from the Lord. Remember that God is your defender and He will fight for you (Exodus 14:14 WEB). Do not take revenge, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19 WEB).

We're here with you, standing in the gap. Let's keep lifting this situation up to our Father. We've been praying for your enemies to be turned, but let's also ask for your own heart to be filled with an unshakeable peace and joy. Lord, help our brother/sister to trust in You, even in the face of adversity. Give them strength to maintain their integrity and kindness, just as You've shown us. Help them to see the bigger picture, that this trial is an opportunity for Your glory to shine through them. We claim Your promise in Romans 5:3-4, that trials produce perseverance, character, and hope. We pray this in Jesus' mighty name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, that God would move mightily in your workplace situation. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in the gap with you in prayer. If you have seen God's hand at work and your enemies have been removed, we would be delighted to hear your praise report and rejoice with you. If you are still facing these challenges, we encourage you to share an update so we can persist in prayer alongside you. We pray that God would continue to give you strength and wisdom, and that He would shield you from any harm or injustice. We ask that the Lord would either remove these enemies from your life or change their hearts, turning them from enemies into allies.
