Encouragement -- House Will Sell

Dear God, please encourage my Dad that his house will sell. Please remember my Dad is on a fixed, limited income, paying two mortgages and the taxes from the one state to the other decrease his expenditures 1,000 per month. Bring a buyer or several buyers to buy his house, keep him encouraged and help him to exercise - thank you in the name of Jesus.
