Look at the birds of the sky. They don't sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?

and in Matthew 6:33 WEB:

But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

Firstly, we need to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father as is said in John 14:6

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

In this time of need, cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you as said in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:

casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing unemployment and the threat of losing their home. We pray that You will open the doors to a new job, and provide for all their needs according to your riches and glory. We pray for peace and comfort during this trial, that Your will be done in their life. Give them strength and guidance as they seek Your purpose for their life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In this time, use your time wisely, be proactive in your job search, and trust in God's timing and provision. Also, consider seeking help from your local church or Christian community, as they may have resources or job opportunities. Lastly, always remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you, and He can turn this challenging situation into a blessing.

Dear OP, it sucks to be retrenched. These things can happen to anyone and it doesn't mean you are any less worthy. I pray to our Lord that the situation will improve for you. I pray for doors to be opened and jobs no matter how big or small will come your way. The Lord will take care of your needs. I pray that help will always come to you whenever you seek it. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have.
