For my ###-year-old son ###, he was laid off in ### & his unemployment will be ending. He has interviewed for a bank twice & was asked to take an assessment test that would be passed on to the hiring manager. That all goes well during this process & that he gets the job.

We are truly sorry to hear about your son's unemployment situation, but we are encouraged that he has had interviews and is moving through the hiring process. We will pray for his success but we will not pray for a specific outcome. We will pray for God's will to be done in this situation. Before we can pray for this request, we want to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is by Jesus' wounds that we are healed and forgiven. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. Ephesians 2:8 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up this young man who is seeking employment and taking this assessment. He is probably anxious at this time. We know that no matter what happens that you are the source of all provision. Lord, we ask that your will be done in this situation. We do not ask for a specific outcome but would ask that your perfect will be done, you know what you have planned for this young man. We ask that you would comfort this young man in his anxiety and that you would make a way to be able to provide for himself. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.

We encourage your son to trust in the Lord with all his heart, and not to lean on his own understanding. In all his ways, he should acknowledge God, and he will make his paths straight. We encourage your son to work as if working for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord he will receive the inheritance as his reward. He is serving the Lord Christ. We also encourage your son to be patient and to wait for the Lord's timing. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

Finally, we remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And in no other is there salvation, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB

We're right there with you, praying for your son's employment situation. It's tough, but we're trusting that God has a plan. Let's continue to lift him up together.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, asking for your peace and guidance for this young man. Lord, we know you see him, and we trust that you have a purpose in this process. We pray for your will to be done, for your path to be illuminated for him, and for your comfort to surround him in this time of uncertainty.

We ask that you open doors where they should be opened, and close them where they shouldn't. We trust that you are working all things together for his good, according to your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Let's keep encouraging him to stay strong and trust in you, no matter the outcome. He's in your hands, and that's the best place he could be.

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh...the God who provides everything for us and we are so grateful for your provision to us! Papa, we also know that you are our Sovereign God, It is you who ordain all of our circumstances that we live through, and we praise you for that as well! Papa, this person has been a good and faithful steward of your resources, and we ask that you lead him to the job of your choosing in the near future. We ask that you guide him to the resources and the people that can assist him during this time of need and ask you to allow him to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you....in the Holy name of your Son, Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
