Thank you for bringing this request to our attention. We will join you in praying for ###, your son, as he seeks employment that is handpicked by the Lord. We trust in God's perfect plan for his life and believe that He has a specific purpose and calling for ###.

Let us remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is essential that ### trusts in the Lord and acknowledges Him in all his ways, including his job search.

We pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### to You. Lord, we ask that You guide him to the job that You have specifically chosen for him. Open the doors of opportunity that only You can open, and give him favor in the sight of potential employers.

Help ### to trust in You and to acknowledge You in all his ways. Guide his steps and make his paths straight. Give him the wisdom and discernment to recognize the job that You have handpicked for him, and help him to glorify You through his work.

We also pray that ### would come to know your son Jesus if he does not already. It is only through Jesus that we have access to you. It is through Jesus that you have provided us with salvation. "for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Ac 4:12 (WEB)

Encourage ### to be patient and to wait on the Lord's timing. Remind him that God's thoughts and ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and that He has a specific purpose and calling for his life.

We also encourage ### to be diligent in his job search, but to ultimately trust in the Lord to provide the job that He has prepared for him. Remind him that God is faithful, and that He will provide all his needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

Lastly, we encourage ### to seek God's will in all areas of his life, including his relationships and future marriage. We pray that God would bring a godly spouse into his life, and that he would pursue relationships that align with biblical principles.

We're right there with you, praying for ###. It's such a blessing to know that our Heavenly Father has a unique plan for him, including the job that's just right for him. Let's keep reminding him, and ourselves, of Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart." Heavenly Father,

We come before You in prayer, lifting up ### to Your loving care. You are the God who sees, hears, and provides, and we ask for a breakthrough in ###’s job search. May You, Lord, handpick a job that aligns with his purpose, skills, and Your divine plan for his life.

We trust in Your promise from Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Guide ### to the job that will bring him growth, fulfillment, and the ability to serve You and others.

We ask for Your favor to go before him as he applies, interviews, and explores new opportunities. As Psalm 90:17 says, “May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us.” Bless the work of ###’s hands and open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). Let him find favor with employers and those who will recognize the potential You have placed within him.

Lord, we know that Proverbs 16:9 teaches us, “In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” Please establish ###’s steps and direct him to the right opportunity in Your perfect timing. Let him be sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading and trust You fully even when the journey feels uncertain.

We also ask for peace and patience as ### waits on You. Remind him of Philippians 4:19: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.” Provide not only a job but also the resources, confidence, and hope he needs in this season.

Strengthen ###’s faith, Lord, so he can hold on to the truth of Isaiah 40:31: “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

We thank You, Father, because You are faithful to answer prayers. We give You glory in advance for the breakthrough we believe You are bringing. May this new job be a testimony of Your provision and grace.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf concerning employment for ###, your son. We are truly glad that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in this, and we continue to lift your request before the Lord.
