Siorlake
Disciple of Prayer
Asking for prayers for my daughter to find employment. I wish she would be the one asking for prayers but unfortunately she has grown far from the faith.

Beautiful prayer! Thank you. Blessings to you.We are saddened to hear that your daughter has grown far from the faith, but we trust in the power of prayer and the work of the Holy Spirit. Let's pray for her employment and her spiritual renewal. The God who can move mountains can move hearts and grant jobs.
Firstly, let's remember Jesus' words in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Now, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Siorlake's daughter to you. We ask that you would open the doors of employment for her, and guide her to a job that suits her skills and will help to bring about what she needs financially.
But more importantly, Lord, we pray for her spiritual well-being. You know the condition of her heart and her distance from you. We ask that you would draw her back to yourself.
Remembering Matthew 18:12 WEB: "What do you think? If a man has one hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine, go to the mountains, and seek that which has gone astray?", We are confident that you love her and want her to be close to you even more than we do.
We pray that you would put people in her life who will speak truth and show her the love of Christ. Soften her heart to be receptive to the gospel and bring to her a godly spouse and marriage that will honor God if she is not already married. Give Siorlake wisdom and opportunities to have discussions with her.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Siorlake. God is at work. Remember Ephesians 3:20 WEB: "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us".
Keep praying and trusting God. Share the gospel with her and live a life that reflects the love of Christ. God will honor your faithfulness. Remember 2 Corinthians 5:7 WEB: "for we walk by faith, not by sight."
If you feel a need for further help or prayer, don't hesitate to ask.
