I prayed for this request in Jesus Name.
We understand your concern for your son's employment, ###, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. Let us remember that Jesus teaches us, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB).
First, let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s son. We ask that You open the right doors for him and grant him a job that aligns with Your will for his life. Help him to find enjoyment and success in his work, using his gifts and talents to glorify You. Give him wisdom and discernment as he seeks Your guidance. May this job be a blessing to him and may he be a blessing to others through it. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you and your son to trust in the Lord, knowing that He has good plans for him. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
In your request, you didn't mention praying in Jesus' name. We want to remind you that Jesus said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB). It's essential to pray in Jesus' name because it is through Him that we have access to God and salvation.
Finally, encourage your son to pursue righteousness and to be a light in the workplace, remembering that "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. We're right there with you, ###, standing in faith for your son's job this week.
