[Polly]

I was offered a position with an organization. I already have a job. I need prayer to know whether I should go forward with the new job or stay where I'm at. I love where I'm at but I want to be in God's perfect will on this. I accepted the position but I am not totally convinced that I should be going on. I have no feeling one way or the other actually. I was not looking for a job and this presented itself. Please pray that if I'm not supposed to go on that God will stop this and that I will stay where I'm at. That I will know without a shadow of a doubt what I'm supposed to do. Thank you!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Polly and her prayer request regarding the job opportunity she has been offered. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of wisdom and guidance in our lives. Your word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding, but to acknowledge you in all our ways, and you will direct our paths.

Father, Polly is seeking your perfect will in this decision. She loves her current job but desires to be in alignment with your plans for her life. We ask that you grant her clarity and discernment in this matter. If it is your will for her to stay where she is, we pray that you would confirm it to her heart and mind. Help her to have a deep sense of peace and contentment in her current position.

However, if it is your plan for Polly to move forward with the new job opportunity, we ask that you make it abundantly clear to her. Close any doors that should not be opened and open wide the doors that align with your purpose for her life. Give her a strong conviction and assurance that she is walking in your perfect will.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and believe that you work all things together for the good of those who love you . We ask that you guide Polly's steps and grant her the wisdom she needs to make the right decision. May she surrender her desires and ambitions to you, seeking only to fulfill your will.

Lastly, we pray for your peace to surround Polly during this time of uncertainty. Help her to trust in your faithfulness and to rest in the knowledge that you are in control. May she find comfort in knowing that you are with her every step of the way.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
