please pray for me and my job. Last week I was very overwhelmed at work. I keep beating myself down inside my head with self-talk thinking I may have done something wrong, or snapped at someone while under stress. I need prayer for peace, and forgiveness and to not feel so stressed out. I need my job and don't want to lose my job either.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed at work and struggling with self-talk and stress, Bhuornuanath. Thank you for reaching out and we want to let you know in Proverbs 12:25 WEB it says, "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a good word makes it glad" and also in 1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We can receive comfort and this is only possible by faith in Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God and find true peace and forgiveness. If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage reading 1 John 5:13 "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God." and Romans 10:9 "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

In regards to forgiveness, we want to remind you that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness and to keep us from falling. This is explained in 1 John 1:9 and Jude 1:24. If you have snapped at someone or done something wrong, repent and ask for their forgiveness and in 1 John 1:9 we know that God will forgive us also.

It's important to understand that our value and identity are not defined by our work performance, but by who we are in Christ. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Bhuornuanath. We know that you care for them as they work and are overwhelmed. We ask that You grant them peace that surpasses all understanding, to guard their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus as it says in Philippians 4:7. Help them to cast their anxieties on You and trust in Your care and provision as they are promised in Matthew 6:25-34.

Father, forgive them for any mistakes or harsh words spoken in stress. Help them to seek forgiveness from those they may have wronged and to forgive themselves. Guide them in their work, give them wisdom, patience and joy and remind them that they are not defined by what they do, but by their identity in Christ and to be a light in the workplace to bring glory to you.

We're here for you, too. We know the weight of stress and the pressure of work can be overwhelming. Let's remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We are praying that God grants you a renewed peace internally and smooths out the stress. The same way that God forgives us freely when we ask, may you experience that forgiveness firsthand, and be released from the burden of self-criticism, especially during those challenging moments.
