Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking emotional restoration and wholeness. We ask that you would pour out your healing and comforting presence upon them, bringing restoration to their wounded emotions and filling them with your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we lift up the struggle our friend is facing with entertaining evil thoughts. We know that the enemy seeks to deceive and tempt us, but we also know that you have given us the power to overcome through your Holy Spirit. We pray that you would strengthen our friend, giving them the wisdom and discernment to recognize and reject any evil thoughts that come their way. Help them to fix their minds on things that are pure, lovely, and praiseworthy, as your Word instructs us .
Father, we ask that you would guide our friend in seeking godly wisdom. Your Word tells us that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give it generously . We pray that you would grant our friend the wisdom they need to make decisions that align with your will and to discern between good and evil. Help them to rely on your guidance and trust in your perfect plan for their life.
Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and your promise to hear and answer our prayers. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
