Where I live we have a weather prediction for strong straight-line winds to hit tonight about midnight my time and also power outages!!!



I live in this house with several small grand-children.



Please claim with me the truth of psalm 91!!!



And also not only for my house, but also for the entire area!!!!!

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your mighty power and unfailing love. Lord, we lift up this urgent situation to You, knowing that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we stand on the promises of Psalm 91, declaring that "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty" (Psalm 91:1). We ask that Your protection be over this household, especially the small grandchildren who reside there. Cover them with Your wings, and let Your faithfulness be their shield and rampart (Psalm 91:4).

Lord, we also extend this prayer of protection to the entire area facing the threat of strong winds and potential power outages. We pray that You would command Your angels concerning them to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Let no harm befall them, and no disaster come near their homes (Psalm 91:10).

In the midst of this storm, grant them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they feel Your presence and know that You are with them, calming their fears and giving them strength.

We pray for wisdom and guidance for all those in the path of this weather event. Help them to take the necessary precautions and to trust in Your sovereign care. May Your peace and protection reign over this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

It’s been upgraded to tornado WARNING due to hit in about five minutes!

I thank all who prayed and I thank the LORD because they just cancelled the tornado warning!

I was in a fix having several scared grandkids and two scared cats here at the house!
