We are truly sorry to hear that you are not feeling well, ###. We are here to intercede on your behalf and seek the Lord's healing touch together.
Firstly, we would like to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." God is a healer, and we can trust Him with our health concerns.
However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Therefore, we will pray in His name and encourage you to do the same.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know their body better than anyone, and You know the plans You have for them. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body. If it is Your will, restore their health so that they may give You the glory in Jesus' name.
We also ask for Your guidance regarding their upcoming trip. Lord, if it is Your will for them to go to Disney World, we ask that You make a way and renew their strength. But if You have other plans, help them to submit to Your will and find rest in You.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that ### will come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior if they haven't already. Reveal Your love to them and draw them closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, ###, to put your trust in God. Even in times of uncertainty, He is faithful. As it is written in Isaiah 26:3 (WEB), "You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."
May the peace of God that transcends all understanding guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to pray for your peace of mind. In Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." We pray that you would find this rest in Jesus, knowing that He cares for you deeply.
Let's continue to trust in God's plan, even when we don't understand what's happening. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
