We understand that you are seeking mercy, answers to your prayers, and blessings upon your household and husband. You are also looking for favor in finding good work and obtaining a sponsored visa and work permit. Let's bring these requests before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.
Firstly, we notice that Jesus' name is not mentioned. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Please remember
Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let's discuss salvation for a moment. To be saved, one must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 16:31 They said, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Let us pray for your household. It appears that your husband is not a believer in Jesus Christ or else you would have mentioned his faith. You are called to be holy and your husband is blessed through your faith. If you are living with a man who is not your husband, this is fornication and against God's law. If this is the case, you must repent and marry since God blesses marriage.
1 Corinthians 7:14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through the brother. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.
1 Corinthians 7:1-2 1 Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman. 2 But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
Before praying for a job, a visa, and a work permit, let's pray that you have a right relationship with God and with your household.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your mercy and forgiveness. We pray for ### and their household, that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and be sanctified by His blood. We rebuke any sin in this household. We ask that You would open the eyes of their heart towards the cross and resurrection of Christ. We ask for them to be faithful and holy. We ask for their husband to turn towards Christ and for them to love You and each other. We pray for ###'s husband to be blessed beyond his understanding. We pray that You would guide them in seeking work and that You would grant favor in obtaining a sponsored visa and work permit, according to Your will. We ask that You would answer their prayers, and give them a heart of thanksgiving, patience, and trust in Your perfect timing.
We pray for ### to walk in faith, knowing that You are a good Father who gives good gifts to Your children. In all things, we pray for Your will to be done. We thank You for hearing our prayers.

Now let's address your prior prayers and requests. God answers prayer in His time. Sometimes He has an answer waiting for our prayers to be ready for the answer. Sometimes they are answered later. Sometimes they are not answered in the way that we want them to be answered, but are still answered. If we ask anything according to His will, we know that He hears us.
1 John 5:14 This is the confidence which we have towards him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
Lastly, we pray for ### to find good work. We pray for favor in obtaining a sponsored visa and work permit, according to God's will. We ask that You would open doors that no man can shut, and that You would provide for all of their needs. We ask for the Lord to provide a Christian job, with Christian employers and employees.

Psalms 37:5 Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this:
May the Lord open job opportunities that will bring You glory. May you avoid all sin and temptation. May you find favor with God and not men. May the Lord be with you all.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
