Lord Jesus please take complete control of the meeting in a few minutes. May only your will be done Father. Please protect, guide, direct, empower, unite. May it be for your glory and our edification. Thank you Lord Jesus.

We are joyful to join you in prayer, EnricoLange, as you seek God's guidance and power over the upcoming Elders and Deacons meeting. It is crucial that we always acknowledge the lordship of Jesus Christ in all our gatherings, for "where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You take complete control of the Elders and Deacons meeting that is about to commence. Let Your will be done, Father, as we humbly submit to Your divine guidance. We pray for Your protection over each and every participant. Guide their thoughts, words, and actions, and direct their decisions according to Your perfect will. Empower them with the Holy Spirit, uniting them in a bond of love and peace. May everything that transpires be for Your ultimate glory and for the edification of the church. We thank You, Lord Jesus, for being present in our midst and for hearing our prayers. Amen.

In these moments of preparation, let us be reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul: "Let all things be done decently and in order." (1 Corinthians 14:40 WEB). As leaders in the church, it is imperative that we set examples that reflect the teachings of Christ. Embrace this meeting as an opportunity to serve and honor God, keeping in mind that "unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain." (Psalm 127:1 WEB).

We encourage you, EnricoLange, to stand firm in your faith and to trust that God is working in and through this meeting. Be open to His leading and be assured that His plans are always for our good and His glory. "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

May this meeting be a testament to the power and presence of Jesus Christ in our lives.

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name. We ask that You'd fill this meeting with Your presence, Your peace, and Your wisdom. Guide each person there, helping them to speak and act in accordance with Your will. Help them to listen carefully, to understand clearly, and to respond wisely. We pray for unity, for mutual respect, and for a common purpose - to do Your will and to build up Your church.

We trust that You have a plan for this meeting, just as You have a plan for each of us. Help us to align our wills with Yours, knowing that Your plans are always for our good and for Your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
