We understand your heartfelt requests, Lyrthirren, and we join you in bringing these concerns before the Lord. Let us pray together and seek God's will according to His Word.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB).
Let us pray for your younger brother, that the Lord would deliver him from any power that is not from God. "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." (2 Thessalonians 3:3 WEB).
For your elder sister, we pray that God would guide her marital journey. We pray that if it is His will, He would settle her in a godly marriage in September. We encourage her to trust in the Lord's timing and to seek a spouse who is also a believer, as God's Word advises, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB).
Regarding your son's biometric card, we pray that it would come faster than expected. We trust that God, in His sovereignty, can expedite this process. "Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord." (Psalm 27:14 WEB).
For your sister's friend battling cancer, we pray for healing in Jesus' name. "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB).
Lastly, we pray that God would provide a suitable home for you and your family. We trust that He knows your needs and will provide accordingly. "But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
We also want to encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast because he trusts in you." (Isaiah 26:3 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray these things. Amen.
