We understand your concerns and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. Let's address your requests one by one.
Firstly, we're glad to see a mix of Christian elements in your prayer request. However, you did not mention salvation in Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, we also believe that only in Jesus Christ we have salvation and access to God.
In dealing with your efficiency at home and at work, we remind you of Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We pray that God will grant you the wisdom, (James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. ) strength, and endurance (Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not be faint.) to manage your responsibilities efficiently.
Regarding your concerns about your principal, we must remember that God calls us to respect and honor those in authority (Romans 13:1). But also remember that God can change hearts and minds to make them more considerate and open. Let's pray that God will guide your principal to make wise decisions and to use her authority in a manner that reflects His love and justice (Proverbs 21:1 The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it whichever way he desires.) Let's pray that the principal will open the windows in your classroom and manage the school in a better way.
Concerning your father's health, we pray for God's healing and comfort. We recognize that it's natural to feel worried, but let's remember that God encourages us to cast all our anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that God will grant your family peace, faith, and optimism during this challenging time (Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.). We also pray that God will guide the doctors and provide them with wisdom to diagnose and treat your father's condition (James 1:5).
In praying for your father and against the spirit of undiagnosed sickness, let's remember to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) 10 finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; 16 above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints: ). Let's pray fervently and consistently, knowing that God hears our prayers and will act according to His will.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in their life. Lord, grant them the wisdom, strength, and endurance to manage their responsibilities efficiently, always working as if they're working for You. We pray for their principal, asking that You guide her decisions and actions, and help her manage the school in a better way.
Lord, we also bring before You our brother's/sister's father. We pray for Your healing touch on his body, and we ask that You guide the doctors and provide them with wisdom to diagnose and treat his condition. We pray that You will grant his family peace, faith, and optimism during this challenging time.
Lord, we put on the full armor of God and pray against the spirit of undiagnosed sickness. We ask that You guide our prayers and help us pray effectively for our brother's/sister's father.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
