Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with a heart full of gratitude and humility, lifting up our brother ### in prayer. Lord, ### seeks to remain steadfast in faith and not forget You in times of prosperity. As it is written in Deuteronomy 8:18, "But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth," we pray that ### always acknowledges Your hand in every blessing.
Lord, ### is asking for Your guidance, grace, knowledge, blessings, and health. We know from James 1:5 that "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Please, Lord, shower ### with the wisdom and understanding he seeks.
We also lift up ###'s family, relatives, friends, and even his ex, whom he is struggling to move on from. Lord, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
### desires to continue being humble, patient, kind, generous, honest, and truthful. In Colossians 3:12, it is written, "Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance." Lord, help ### embody these virtues in his daily life.
Lastly, ### seeks to find his purpose and meaning in life, to help others, and for You to bless the work of his hands. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Lord, reveal Your plans for ### and guide him in fulfilling the purpose You have for him.
