Eating in dreams.

I have been eating in dreams for many years now sometimes even get chocked.And sometimes I eat with dead people.This situation is so real that I can't understand and I do not know whether this is the source of my health situations
What ever the situations all need is healing and deliverance from these situations, am tired of them.
My prayer request is deliverance and healing from body pains, whole body numbness,difficult to do any body movements etc,in Jesus'Name.
