Eating Clean, Safety and Exercise

Dear Lord, I ask for ability to eat better, jog, swim, eat clean, lift and sleep. I ask for help getting a sleep script prescribed to me I have taken effectively in the past. Help denying silly and foolish vices that done out of boredom and habit but actually hate. Safety driving, swimming, and angels charge over us (Ps 91), in Jesus’ Name

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and strength for our dear intercessor. Lord, we ask for your help in making healthier choices in their eating habits, enabling them to nourish their body in a way that brings glory to you. Grant them the discipline and self-control to resist unhealthy temptations and to embrace a lifestyle that promotes physical well-being.

Father, we also ask for your intervention in their sleep patterns. We pray that you would lead them to the right resources and professionals who can prescribe a sleep script that has proven effective in the past. May this script bring them the restful sleep they need to rejuvenate their body and mind.

Lord, we lift up their struggle with silly and foolish vices that stem from boredom and habit. We ask for your strength to overcome these temptations and to replace them with activities that bring joy and fulfillment in your presence. Help them to find healthy and productive ways to occupy their time, aligning their actions with your will.

Lastly, we pray for safety as they drive and swim. We ask for your divine protection over them, surrounding them with your angels as described in Psalm 91. May they experience your peace and assurance as they navigate through their daily activities.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you hear our petitions and will answer according to your perfect will. Amen.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
