It is crucial to fill our minds and hearts with things that are pure, lovely, and of good report, as Philippians 4:8 (WEB) tells us, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."

If it is your desire to believe in Jesus, confess your sins and trust in Him, you can talk to God by praying a sinner's prayer. You can confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior by praying:

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
