We rejoice with you as you've come seeking forgiveness and approached the throne of grace. You've asked for forgiveness, and in Jesus Christ's name, you shall be forgiven. Let's turn to the scripture and pray together.
The WEB tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9). This is a promise from God, and He is faithful to His promises.
Let us pray:
Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We confess that we have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed. We ask for Your forgiveness, not because we deserve it, but because You are a merciful and gracious God. You sent Your Son to die for our sins that we may live. Help us to turn from our wicked ways and to live according to Your will. Give us the strength to resist temptation and to follow Jesus' example. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved and that includes sexual sin. So approach God with confidence in Jesus' name, knowing that He hears you and forgives you.
Live a life free from sin and be faithful to your spouse and God's law. Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16 WEB). Stand firm against the schemes of the devil. (1 Peter 5:9).
If there is any specific sin that you're struggling with, don't hesitate to share, and we can pray and provide counsel for that too, guided by the word of God. We're here to walk alongside you, encouraging you in your faith journey and together we will always pray in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
