We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we can approach God the Father and find forgiveness for our sins. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB),
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
You have not specified the three things you are asking forgiveness for, but God knows your heart and understands your needs. Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and mercy. We ask that You forgive this person for the three things they have mentioned, and for any other sins that may be hidden in their heart. We know that Your word says in
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Father, we ask that You cleanse this person from all unrighteousness and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Guide them in Your truth. Help them live a life that honors Christ Jesus and gives glory to God the Father. Help them to be a light to those around them, to walk righteously, and to shine brightly for You. We encourage you to walk in the freedom of forgiveness, knowing that God has forgiven you and desires for you to live a life free from the burden of sin. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
