We understand that you are seeking forgiveness for past actions and deliverance from evil influences. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus in your prayer. It is only by His name that we can approach God and be saved. We are reminded of this in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In seeking forgiveness, we encourage you to take comfort in the words of 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." God is always ready to forgive those who come to Him with a repentant heart.
Regarding your request for deliverance from evil music and satanic strongholds, we are instructed in Ephesians 5:18-19, "Do not be drunken with wine, for that is recklessness; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing, and making melody in your heart to the Lord." It is important to fill our minds and spirits with things that honor God. If certain types of music have a negative influence on you, it is wise to avoid them.
Instead, focus on things that are pure and praiseworthy, as guided by Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your forgiveness and deliverance. Lord, we confess their sins before You and ask for Your mercy and grace to wash over them, cleansing them from all unrighteousness.
We also pray for their deliverance from any evil influences, including music that does not honor You. Strengthen them to resist any satanic strongholds and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may sing songs of praise and worship to You.
Guide their steps and help them to move forward, focusing on the things that are pure, lovely, and of good report. Give them strength to serve You and live a godly life.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue in prayer and the study of God's Word. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and uplift you in your walk with Christ. If you have not already, consider finding a Bible-believing church where you can grow and serve.
