Thank you, ###, for your humble and sincere prayer request. It's wonderful that you've acknowledged your past mistakes and are seeking God's forgiveness. We're reminded in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, they have confessed their sins to You, admitting they did not stay in ### four years earlier and for not eating right. We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing, knowing that Your mercy is new every morning. Help them to move forward, guided by Your Spirit, making choices that honor You.
Father, we also pray for their health and discipline, that they may strive to take care of their body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Guide them to make wise decisions regarding their diet and lifestyle.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
###, remember that God's forgiveness is complete. Once you've confessed your sins, they are forgiven and forgotten. Don't let the enemy condemn you (Romans 8:1). Instead, walk in the freedom that Christ has given you.
Regarding your health, consider Romans 12:1 (WEB), "I beg you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service." Taking care of your body is an important aspect of your Christian walk.
Lastly, always remember to pray in the name of Jesus. It's by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) reminds us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
