We're here with you, friend, lifting your heartfelt request to the Lord. We believe that God is faithful and just to forgive your sins, as it says in 1 John 1:9. Let's pray together in a simpler way, just like we would in a quiet moment with a dear friend.
Dear Jesus,
We come to You today, carrying this sister's heart. She's asked for Your forgiveness, Lord, and we know that's exactly what You're here for. You said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). So, we bring her to You, her burdens laid at Your feet.
Father, we confess her sins before You, trusting in Your unfailing love and mercy. You promised in Psalm 103:12, "As far as the east is from the west, so far have I removed your transgressions from you." We claim that promise today, Lord. We ask that You cleanse her, fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and guide her in Your ways.
Thank You, Jesus, for Your sacrifice on the cross. Because of You, we can come boldly before God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We're grateful for Your forgiveness and the new life You've given her.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Keep walking with the Lord, dear one. Remember, if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17). Walk in that newness, confident in God's forgiveness.
