I am very weak, my heart hurts, and I struggle with high blood and sugar levels, let us declare and decree I am healed in the Mighty Name of Jesus, agree with me that all the negative changes are reversed and all damage canceled by the blood of Jesus, command any sickness to leave my body and let us rebuke any inflammation or degeneration. We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness, and it is our joy to join you in prayer. The Bible tells us in First John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. So let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who has asked for Your forgiveness. Lord, You are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. You do not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. As far as the east is from the west, so far do you remove our transgressions from us.
Father, we confess the sins and ask for Your forgiveness. We ask that You cleanse this person from all unrighteousness and help them to walk in Your ways, adhering to biblical principles. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit and give them the strength to resist temptation and live a life pleasing to You.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
