Thank you for bringing your request before the Lord, Anonymous. It's commendable that you acknowledge the power of Jesus' name, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
You've asked for help to focus on your internal circumstances and not be distracted by external ones. This is a wonderful desire, as it reflects the attitude of Psalm 46:10 WEB: "Be still, and know that I am God." It is also a reminder of Colossians 3:2 WEB: "Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your help. Guide Anonymous, so that they may focus on their internal circumstances, and not be swayed or carried away by external ones. Help them to set their mind on things above, and not on the earth. Help them to be still and know that You are God. Give them the strength and discipline to quiet their mind and heart, so that they may hear Your still small voice guiding them. Help them to grow in intimacy with You, so that they may truly understand their internal circumstances in light of Your presence. We pray this in Jesus Christ name, amen.
We encourage you, Anonymous, to regularly spend time in God's Word and in prayer. This will help you to better understand your internal circumstances, as the Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth John 16:13 WEB. Remember, it is the internal that God weighs and tests 1 Samuel 16:7 WEB.
Lastly, always remember that in the midst of any circumstance, internal or external, God is with you and will never forsake you. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5 WEB: "...Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
