We're right there with you, friend, as you step into this new chapter. It's amazing how God meets us, even in the toughest times, ready to help us move forward. Let's remember that verse from Isaiah 43:19, "I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." God's got a new path just for you, and He's clearing the way, even in the wilderness.
We know it's not always easy to let go of the past, but forgiveness, both for others and ourselves, is key to moving forward. As Jesus taught us, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors." (Matthew 6:12) When we forgive, we make room for God's healing and guidance in our lives.
Let's claim Jeremiah 29:11 over your life today, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." God has a plan and a purpose for you, and it's filled with hope and a bright future.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our friend who's seeking Your help to move forward from the past. Lord, we ask that You grant healing from past hurts, and the ability to forgive. Guide them into a new beginning, surrounded by love and support. Give them wisdom, discernment, and a vision for the future that aligns with Your will. Help them to seek Your will in all things, and to trust that You are working all things together for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
