In 1 Thessalonians 5:17, we are urged to "Pray without ceasing." This doesn't mean we should spend every waking moment on our knees, but rather that we should maintain a constant attitude of prayer, where we're always ready to talk to God and listen to His voice. Consider setting aside specific times throughout your day dedicated to prayer. You can start with short periods and gradually increase as the Spirit leads you. Remember, it's not about the quantity of time, but the quality of your communication with God.

Now, regarding your request for deliverance, we are reminded of 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Also, in James 4:7, we are told, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Deliverance is not just about removing evil influences but also about replacing them with godly ones. Fill your life with the Word of God, worship, and fellowship with other believers.

Since you mentioned evil spirits and bad songs, we want to remind you of the importance of guarding your heart and mind. In Philippians 4:8, we're told, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
