Praying for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand that you are seeking God's help to remove something from your mind. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus Christ to bring peace and renewal to your thoughts.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
In addressing your request, we turn to the Scriptures for guidance. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB: "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." This verse reminds us that we have the power through Christ to take control of our thoughts and make them obedient to Him.
Additionally, Philippians 4:8 WEB encourages us: "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." By focusing on such things, we can renew our minds and displace unwanted thoughts.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. Lord, they have asked for something to be removed from their mind, and we trust in Your power to bring peace and renewal to their thoughts. Help them to cast down any imaginations or high things that are exalted against the knowledge of God, and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Fill their mind with things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. Guide them in Your truth, and grant them the strength to resist any unwanted thoughts. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear brother or sister, for God is faithful, and He will bring peace to your mind as you trust in Him. Continue to meditate on His Word and seek His presence daily.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
