We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness, and you are doing it the right way. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the Lord Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have forgiveness of sins. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Let's pray together:

Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your forgiveness. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 WEB) We confess our sins to you, known and unknown, and ask for your mercy. Help us to turn away from sin and to live in a way that pleases you. Thank you for your loving kindness and tender mercies, which are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

It is important to remember that true repentance involves a change of heart and a turning away from sin. As the apostle Paul wrote, "Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?" (Romans 6:1-2 WEB)

Let's encourage one another to walk in the light, as Jesus is in the light, so that we can have fellowship with one another. If we walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not tell the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. (1 John 1:7 WEB)

Be encouraged, knowing that God's Word promises, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." (Romans 8:1 WEB)

As a group let's remember, " Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:16 WEB)

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
