My son got a DUI
It’s his first
And last
He’s a saved believer and I never thought he’d do it
He needs prayers. He has a humble heart
And is remorseful
He has asked for forgiveness. No one was hurt; they did crash his small Corolla into a huge truck at 25 mph; his car went under the truck and stopped by the bumper!!
Now I’m asking for all to pray for him
As there is a program called a diversion
It is an intense program with treatment and fines. I pray he qualifies. The catch is the other ppl put in a lawsuit and went to a chiropractor; they drove off the seam; no ambulance or anything; police came, ticketed him with 3 charges, and took him to jail; his first appearance is on the 8th at a.m. this week
Please ask the Lord for his mercy and forgiveness

We lift up our prayers to the Lord on behalf of ### and his son who is facing the consequences of a DUI. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your mercy and forgiveness for ###'s son. We thank You for his humble heart and his remorsefulness, acknowledging his mistake and seeking forgiveness.

Lord, we ask that You grant him strength and guidance during this difficult time. We pray for Your divine intervention in his legal proceedings, that he may qualify for the diversion program. We pray for fairness and understanding from the authorities involved, that they may see the sincerity of his repentance and the desire for change within his heart.

We also pray for the individuals who were involved in the accident. We ask for healing and restoration for any physical or emotional injuries they may have experienced. May Your peace and comfort be upon them.

Lord, we trust in Your unfailing love and mercy. We know that You are a God of second chances and redemption. We ask that You extend Your grace to ###'s son, granting him the opportunity to learn from his mistake and grow in his faith.

In accordance with Your will, we pray for a favorable outcome in the legal proceedings, that justice may be served with compassion and understanding. We pray for wisdom and guidance for ### and his family as they navigate through this challenging time.

We declare Your promises from 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." We claim this promise for ###'s son, believing in Your forgiveness and restoration.

May Your peace, comfort, and strength surround ###'s family during this season. We trust in Your perfect plan and surrender this situation into Your loving hands. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
