Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a toxic situation at work. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that you would protect our friend from any harsh criticism or mistreatment from senior and middle management. We ask that you rebuke and nullify any negative words or actions directed towards them.
Lord, we know that you are a God who sees and cares for the well-being of your children. We pray that you would bring about a change in the workplace environment, that bullying and mistreatment would cease to exist. We ask for your wisdom and guidance for our friend as they navigate this difficult situation.
Father, we understand the exhaustion and fear that our friend is experiencing. We pray that you would strengthen them and give them the courage to seek out a healthy workplace. Lead them to the right opportunities where they can thrive and be treated with respect and dignity.
We also pray for healing and restoration from the effects of over 20 years of workplace bullying. Lord, we ask that you would bring healing to any emotional wounds and restore our friend's confidence and joy. Help them to find peace and security in you, knowing that you are their ultimate source of strength and protection.
In all things, Lord, we trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them according to your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
