Cinth, we understand that you're going through a difficult time with your physical discomfort and emotional distress. Let's bring your request before the Lord together, in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your physical health. In Psalm 147:3, the WEB tells us that God "heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We believe that God can heal your dry eyes as well as the emotional pain you're feeling.
However, we want to address the feeling of not wanting to live. We understand that life can be overwhelming, but God has a purpose for your life. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, "‘For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says Yahweh, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'" It is not God's will for you to give up on life. He has a future and a hope for you.
We also note that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
