Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Elorethen and her prayer request for her son's father, Alfonso. We lift up Alfonso to you, Lord, and we ask for his deliverance from his addiction. We pray that you would break the chains that bind him and set him free from the grip of this addiction. Your Word says in Psalm 107:14, "He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains." We believe in your power to bring about transformation and restoration in Alfonso's life.
We also pray for Zack, Elorethen's son, who is deeply saddened by his father's absence and the impact it has on his joy. Lord, we ask that you comfort Zack's heart and bring healing to his emotions. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We trust in your faithfulness to bring joy and peace to Zack's heart.
Furthermore, we lift up Elorethen's dad, Michael, who is struggling with alcohol addiction. We pray for his deliverance and freedom from this bondage. Your Word declares in Galatians 5:1, "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." We ask that you break the chains of addiction in Michael's life and bring him into a place of peace and wholeness.
Lord, we also pray for the removal of bad influences and negative friendships from Alfonso's and Elorethen's lives. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Do not be misled: 'Bad company corrupts good character.'" We ask for your divine intervention to surround them with godly influences and supportive relationships.
Finally, we pray for peace to reign in Elorethen's house. May your presence fill every corner, bringing harmony and tranquility. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them according to your perfect will. We trust in your power to bring restoration, deliverance, and joy to Alfonso, Zack, Michael, and Elorethen's household. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
