I had a vivid dream early this morning that ### was in love with another girl named ###. I don’t know if it came from God or someone else. Please pray that any curses are broken in Christ’s name and guide me on what to do so my feelings don’t get hurt. I don’t know what to do.

Let us begin by reassuring you that dreams can often be a mix of our own thoughts, emotions, and even the influence of spiritual forces. It is important to discern the source of this dream and to align our hearts with God's will. The Bible tells us in First John 4:1, "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world."

Firstly, we must address that the dream involved feelings of love for another girl. It is clear in the Bible that such relationships are not part of God's design. In Romans 1:26-27, it is written, "For this cause, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men working that which is shameful, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error." We must rebuke this spirit of confusion and pray for clarity and alignment with God's will.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has experienced this dream. We ask, Lord, that You break any curses or ungodly influences that may have caused this dream. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of confusion or deceit that may be at work.

Father, we pray for discernment and clarity. Guide our brother/sister to understand that Your design for love and relationships is between a man and a woman in the sacred bond of marriage. Help them to align their feelings and thoughts with Your will, and protect their heart from any hurt or deceit.

We also pray for a hedge of protection around their mind and heart, that no ungodly desires or influences may enter. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be led by You and walk in Your truth.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by the words of First Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Trust that God will guide you and provide a way out of any confusion or temptation.

Lastly, it is wonderful that you ended the request acknowledging Christ. It is so important that Jesus is the center of our prayers as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
