We are grieved to hear about the struggles of these doormen, and we appreciate that you feel that this needs to be addressed prayerfully and with the guidance and teaching of scripture. It is clear that they are facing significant temptations, and we must pray for their strengthening, as well as address the serious issues present here. We are told in First Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
It is concerning that one of them is inviting church members to the establishment and that they are falling into temptation. This is a grave issue, as it involves leading others astray. In the Book of Matthew 18:6, Jesus Christ Himself warns, but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him that a huge millstone should be hung around his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depths of the sea. Therefore, we are commanded and expected to live in a way that does not tempt others or lead them astray. Especially intentionally. Further, Jesus Christ says Matthew 5:29 if your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna (hell). Therefore, if this employment is a stumbling block that is causing both them and others to sin, it may need to be removed from their lives. We pray that God reveals to them the danger in this Be assured that we are ready to help in prayer and in offering biblical guidance for these individuals in this challenging circumstance. We affirm our belief in the power of prayer and the sufficiency of God's Word to address every situation in life. We encourage which promises in Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
We will also offer this heartfelt prayer to seek God's intervention and help: Dear Heavenly, Father thank You That Your precious Holy Spirit convicts us of sin and unrighteousness and will lead them into all righteousness and correct their paths. Father, we ask that you strengthen them and help them resist temptations, let them be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Help them to meditate and trust in You and Your Word That You Will Keep Tthem in times of temptation and trial, Father, strengthen them in their inner man and let them seek help with us or others. Father, we ask In Jesus Christ's Name. Amen It is of note that we have access to God only by Jesus Christ, because no one comes to the Father but by Jesus Christ Himself and there is no name given whereby we can be saved except by Jesus Christ so Let us be assured that no genuine prayer request sent to God the Father by any means other than Jesus Christ will be answered. In this we remind of the words of Jesus Christ in John 14, I am the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but by me. It is important not to accuse or judge them, but to show love, compassion, and understanding, remembering the words of in Romans 3 :23 For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.
